Designed for cutting tile from slabs of plastic clay, our copper tile cutters are constructed using 16 oz. copper sheet metal, allowing less displacement of the clay and less overall pressure while cutting.

For general cutting and portioning this heavy duty little bow cutter makes work go fast. With approximately an 8" cutting width and 6 1/2" depth, you can easily cut with one hand and move clay with the other.
The handle is zinc finished and the wire is a heavy duty 7 ply stainless steel.
Here is a cut off wire which makes a wonderfully decorative cut.
It is sized at 15", so you won't be tempted to wrap excess wire around your fingers. Kinking is the main reason for failure in a wire, so we have tried to eliminate this tendancy by making the comfortable handle free to rotate without bending the wire - Available in straight too.
For faceting soft clay.
A 6 1/2" wide clay slicer with removable wires. The frame is constructed of stainless and bent to provide a comfortable grip and easy control for faceting wet clay. It comes with a set of 4 twisted wires which have different pattern characteristics when pulled through clay.
This is a unique tool developed for stretching clay forms from the inside.
A zinc finished handle culminates with 2 hard, high gloss plastic balls. Thrown, extruded, and handbuilt forms can be manipulated from within using the Ball End Tool to create wonderfully organic forms. The straight end is for initial stretching, the curved end is used to thin the clay further and create more bulbous forms.

Leather hard or bone dry clay can be aggressivly shaped or delicately smoothed in a single dust free operation.
Glaze cleaning:
Total immersion dipping or spraying bisque ware is a snap when you can just wipe the bottoms clean without the need for waxing.
