For general cutting and portioning this heavy duty little bow cutter makes work go fast. With approximately an 8" cutting width and 6 1/2" depth, you can easily cut with one hand and move clay with the other. The wire is right on the end for cutting flush to the work surface. The handle is zinc finished and the wire is a heavy duty 7 ply stainless steel.
